The whole thing started with a cat

Anakin showed up in my life as a small grey tabby who never stopped shedding. He's now full-grown, still doesn't stop shedding, and somehow runs this entire operation.

The premise here is simple. I got tired of pet stores that stock 200 versions of the same brush. I'd rather pick a small number of things that actually work and skip the rest. So that's what House of Anakin is.

Every product on the site got tested at home, on the world's most opinionated quality-control officer. If it didn't survive a session with him, it didn't earn a spot.

What you'll see here

One or two products at a time. New things added slowly, only after Anakin has actually used them. No padded catalog, no junk, no "as-seen-on-TV" gear that breaks in a week.

The voice on the site is mine. Anakin is the silent partner. He's louder than this implies.
