Where we ship

We ship across the United States and internationally. Everything leaves a US warehouse.

Shipping cost

• United States: free shipping on every order.
• International: $5 flat fee per order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery time

After processing, expect delivery within 3-7 business days inside the US. International delivery varies by destination and typically takes 7-21 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or weather.

Customs and duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. We don't collect these at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you don't see it within 5 business days, check your spam folder, then reach out via our contact page.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or within 30 days of order for international) and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
