If you (or your cat) aren't happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it (unused, with original packaging where reasonable) and not a final-sale item.

How to start a return

Reach us via our contact page with your order number and a brief reason. We'll send instructions and a return address.

Return shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the return was due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with
